Met deze leveranciersovereenkomst kun je (als afnemer of leverancier) afspraken maken over de aflevering van producten. Het gaat daarbij vaak om meerdere bestellingen die de afnemer plaatst bij leverancier. Je kunt afspraken maken over:
- wanneer de bestellingen zullen worden geleverd;
- de producten;
- de aansprakelijkheid.
