Is Legalloyd a lawfirm?

Yes, Legalloyd is a law firm, and we are regulated by the Dutch Bar Association. The platform is developed by our partner Legalflow BV, but all contracts are created and maintained by Legalloyd.

How do I fill in a contract?

Using our software, you can draft your contract step by step. With every step of the way we give an explanation in understandable Dutch. When you have questions, you can go to our helpdesk. Use the chatfunction, or call to 020 303 2024. When you've filled in everything, you can download the contract in PDF or Word.docx. All your information appears automatically in the right location in the contract and the contract itself is saved under "My Contracts"

How do I know if I chose the right contract?

Who composed the contracts?

ur contracts are drafted by us, so you can be sure that the contract is of the highest quality and legally sound.

Can I review and edit my contract at a later time?

Yes. You can, with a subscription, review and edit an already made contract at a later time. Go to "My Contracts" and click "Edit". You can also let a contract be edited by us.

The contract I am looking for is not in the list. What do I do now?

We continuously add new agreements and contracts. Sometimes contracts are referred to with multiple names. With doubt, always contact us, maybe we find it's in the list anyhow. Also we have an extensive database with contracts that are (not yet) online. We like to make these available for our clients as well.

I don't know the answer to one of the questions. What do I do now?

All answers are automatically saved. If you have come to a question where you don't know the answer, you can - rest assured - close the questionnaire, request the answer, look it up, and continue where you left of. If you want to proceed with the filling in of the contract, then fill in for example [XXX]. You can edit this later on.
