How do I know if I chose the right contract?

The contract pages contain detailed information about the contract and what it is used for. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Who composed the contracts?

Your contracts are drafted by us, so you can be sure that the contract is of the highest quality and legally sound.

Is Legalloyd a lawfirm?

Yes, Legalloyd is a law firm, and we are regulated by the Dutch Bar Association. The platform is developed by our partner Legalflow BV, but all contracts are created and maintained by Legalloyd.

How do I draft a contract?

You can use our software to draw up a contract step by step. The system works using a questionnaire: you answer a few specific questions at each step and receive clear explanations in understandable English. If you have any questions, please contact our helpdesk. Once you have completed everything, you can download the contract in PDF or Word (.docx) format. All your details are automatically placed in the correct place in the document and the contract is saved in your account.​

I don't know the answer to one of the questions. What do I do now?

All answers are automatically saved. If you have come to a question where you don't know the answer, you can - rest assured - close the questionnaire, request the answer, look it up, and continue where you left of. If you want to proceed with the filling in of the contract, then fill in for example [XXX]. You can edit this later on.

How do I pay for contracts?

After selecting a contract, you will be presented with a questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be given the option to pay for the contract. Would you like to draw up multiple contracts now or perhaps later? If so, consider taking out a subscription. Please visit the subscriptions page to learn about the benefits.

Does Legalloyd have a Stichting Derdengelden (third party account)?

Legalloyd is not affiliated with Stichting Derdengelden.

Can I review and edit my contract at a later time?

Yes. You can, with a subscription, review and edit an already made contract at a later time. Go to "My Contracts" and click "Edit". You can also let a contract be edited by us.

The contract I am looking for is not in the list. What do I do now?

We continuously add new agreements and contracts. Sometimes contracts are referred to with multiple names. With doubt, always contact us, maybe we find it's in the list anyhow. Also we have an extensive database with contracts that are (not yet) online. We like to make these available for our clients as well.

How do I delete my account?

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact the service desk. We would like to hear from you if there is anything we can improve. If you are still dissatisfied after this, please submit a request to delete your account information via the same service desk. In that case, your data and documents will be deleted from our system.

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you have logged in, you can manage your subscription via the user portal. Here you will find the menu for your subscriptions. In this overview, select the subscription you wish to view, after which you can view your payment details, invoices and make changes.
