Which type of financing suits me?

There are various types of financing options. Consider share issuance, convertible loan agreements, SAFE notes, or crowdfunding.

A convertible loan agreement or a SAFE note are good instruments if you're in the early stages and are unsure about your company's current valuation. If you're further along and know your current valuation, you might consider a direct share issuance to the investor.​
